FRANK R. VOLKERS – Financial Consultant

Graduating from Indiana State University with a BS/MBA emphasizing finance with minor studies in accounting, economics and math, Frank’s passion for portfolio analysis and economics allow him to apply detailed market information to a client’s personal situation. JANET R. VOLKERS – Financial Consultant

As one of the founders of The Volkers Group, Janet believes in building relationships with her clients. Janet takes the time to listen to their needs, and has counseled clients on all aspects of their lives. From retirement planning, college funding, or discussing personal situations of everyday living that need attention, Janet facilitates solutions. SONYA T. DOTY – Financial Consultant

Sonya, cofounder of The Volkers Group, first began her professional role as an administrative assistant in 1993. Her knowledge and interest in investments led her to become a fully-licensed and registered Financial Consultant in 1995. Whether it is developing retirement spreadsheets, discussing Long-Term Care Insurance, meeting with clients, or presenting educational seminars, Sonya takes it all in stride as “just part of a normal day”. KYLE R. VOLKERS – Financial Consultant

A Butler University graduate with studies in Finance, Information Systems, and Mathematics, Kyle brings an added layer of research and technology to the firm. He became a licensed Financial Consultant and co-founded the Volkers Group in 1996. He enjoys finding solutions for clients to help them achieve their financial goals, whether it be retirement planning, college funding or somewhere in between. His technical expertise and insight help us incorporate industry advancements with excellent client service. MELVIN (Mel) KRUEGER – Financial Consultant

Mel has a B.S. degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Business Administration from Indiana State University. He has Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses as well as an Indiana Life & Health license. Mel has owned several businesses in Terre Haute over the years and also been involved with many associations, not-for-profit organizations, and service organizations in our community. This expertise allows him to understand what is required to assist business owners in planning for the financial needs of their companies as well as meeting their own personal financial goals. BECKY CURTIS – Accounting/Programmer

Becky holds a BA in Elementary Education from Anderson University and has gone on to study database management at Indiana State University. She joined the Volkers Group in 1999. Becky not only handles all of the bookkeeping and accounting procedures for the office, but is also in charge of maintaining our various computer systems and database information that make life easier for the rest of the staff to manage client files and provide friendly, caring service. Her cheerful demeanor and hard work helps to keep office morale high!

LINDA JACKSON – Client Support Services

Linda started with the Volkers Group in 1997 and knows what is required to fully support our back-office operations. She makes sure the proper forms and paperwork are in order and processed in a timely manner for our clients to experience an ease in transition when new assets are invested with our company.  Outside of work, she is very active in 4-H and raising pygmy goats.

LISA KEHRT – Client Support Services

Lisa joined our office in 2014 and primarily works in document management and storage.  She also helps answer phones and various other office tasks.  When not at the office, she enjoys photography and Face Time with the grand nieces and nephews.

ASHLEY ORNDORFF Client Support Services

Ashley is the newest member to our team.  She brings with her a wealth of office and client service experience and is a very welcome addition. A Shakamak High School graduate and IVTC student, she now lives in northern Vigo County. When not working, she and her family enjoy baseball games, basketball, dance, and going to movies.
